Construction and Procurement Issues – The Firm’s attorneys have extensive experience in advising clients regarding all aspects of the construction and procurement process. Our attorneys are highly experienced in reviewing and offering our clients amendments to AIA contracts, and have developed unique forms used in several types of construction contracts.  The Firm routinely counsels clients in construction and procurement matters, including drafting RFQs, RFPs, bids and specifications, compliance with bid laws, and contract review. The attorneys are familiar with the method options for construction and the processes related to each pursuant to relevant statutory requirements, including Government Code Chapter 2269 and related statutes and regulations.  The Firm has successfully negotiated construction disputes for several school district clients, saving them significant litigation costs.
